60-Day Trial Period and Return Policy

We are aware of the challenges in the journey of specialty coffee. We understand the time required to ensure all conditions and the right equipment are met, both economically and in brewing methods.

With the introduction of concepts such as coffee bean quality, water pH level, filter paper, grind size, variations in grinders, proper grinder usage, bean weight, applied bar/pressure, water temperature, brewing times, and methods, you are now in search of a high-quality grinder.

We firmly believe in the superior quality of Molent, entirely produced in these lands. In this complex and enjoyable journey of brewing exceptional coffee, we offer a return option if you have tried all conditions and are not satisfied with the grinding performance of the product.

For product returns or exchanges, the first thing you need to do is ensure all conditions from the date of delivery for a minimum of 45 days, preferably 60 days, to fully experience the product. If you wish to return the product between the 45th and 60th day, you need to submit your request to us using the Product Returns page or through our customer service at +90 850 242 03 40 on WhatsApp.

You are not obligated to state a reason for returning our grinders. However, your feedback is valuable for us to improve our products. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a code through the courier company we have an agreement with, and you can send the product back to us free of charge using this code.

Upon receiving your product, we will perform the necessary checks and process the refund within 7 days through the payment method you used. The refund transaction to your credit card normally takes 2-5 business days, but it may vary depending on your bank's procedures.


60-Day Trial and Return Conditions

  • We have absolute confidence in the quality and grinding power of the products manufactured by Molent. We are aware of the economic challenges in the journey of specialty coffee. If, after experiencing the entire process, you believe that the Molent grinder surpasses the conditions required to achieve your ideal coffee, you can return the product with peace of mind.
  • The grinder you wish to return must not have any form of damage, permanent scratches, stains, cuts, or burns.
  • To initiate the return process for the product you wish to return, you need to complete our Product Return Form in full or contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at 0850 242 03 40.
  • We can arrange the pickup for the products you wish to return. The return shipping cost for returns carried out by our partnered courier companies will be covered by us.
  • If a promotional item was given as a gift as part of a campaign, the returned product must be accompanied by the returned gift item(s).
  • It is the customer's responsibility to carefully repackage the product box. You must return the product to us in the same condition and with the complete contents as delivered to you. We recommend using additional protective packaging (e.g., bubble wrap) for the outer box to prevent damage during shipping.
  • The invoice amount at the time of purchase is calculated for the return policy.
  • Hand grinders customized with personalized engravings, logos, or other personalized features are not eligible for the 60-day trial period and cannot be returned.
  • Orders placed through marketplaces, resellers, other websites, international orders, or purchases from other retail companies selling our products are not eligible for the 60-day trial period. They cannot be returned under this policy.
  • Only orders placed through our online website,, are eligible for the 60-day trial return policy.
  • All colors of the Molent G50+ Coffee Grinder and Molent Pocket Coffee Grinder are covered under the 60-day trial return policy (excluding products with personalized engravings). Other products available for sale on our website are not included in this policy.
  • Once the product you returned reaches us through the shipping company, our technical team will inspect it and provide you with information. If the received product is found to be damaged, scratched, incomplete, burned, or otherwise defective, MolentTools reserves the right not to accept the return.

How are the returned Molent grinders evaluated?

MolentTools always prioritizes customer satisfaction. If our customers are not satisfied with our products, they can return them unconditionally. MolentTools does not create any obstacles in this regard.

Returned Molent grinders are sterilized by MolentTools and used for store and café displays, photo shoots, exhibitions, festivals, local social responsibility projects, but they are not resold.

MolentTools Standard Return Policy

When you decide to cancel your purchase of the Molent product for any reason, your first priority for a refund or exchange is to notify us in writing or verbally through customer service within 14 days from the delivery date.

After receiving your refund request, MolentTools will evaluate its compliance with the specified return conditions below. If approved, your products will be picked up by our designated shipping company. The return shipping fee for the product(s) you wish to return will be covered by us.

Within 7 days following the arrival of your returned products to us, we will process the refund using the original payment method. The reflection of the refund on your credit card statement usually takes 2-5 business days, but it may vary depending on your bank's procedures.

Standard Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made with the original box or packaging without exception.
  • Returns of products with damaged, missing, incomplete, or unsellable packaging that cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted.
  • You are required to fill out our Product Return Form completely for the product you wish to return.
  • The product's box and invoice are requested to be included. If a corporate invoice has been issued, a return invoice can be requested.
  • We can arrange the pickup of the products you want to return for you. The return shipping fee for returns carried out by our designated courier companies will be covered by us. Otherwise, the courier company will charge you for the shipping fee.

Return of Damaged or Defective Products

Please make sure to check the boxes thoroughly for completeness and integrity when receiving your order. Your products will be delivered with the shipping form and/or invoice. If you have not received your invoice, please check your registered email address on our website. As part of the e-archive application, your invoice will be generated electronically and automatically sent to your email address.

The shipping representative will obtain your signature confirming that you have received the boxes complete and in good condition. If there is any damage outside the box, you should refuse to accept those products and request the shipping representative to make a report. The replacement of these products will be carried out within 14 business days. In this case, no additional shipping or product cost will be requested from you.

For the return of damaged or defective products that were unintentionally accepted upon delivery, our Customer Service department may request you to send photographs showing the damage or defect of the product. After the examination, if it is determined that the issue is not caused by the consumer, a one-to-one exchange or refund process will be carried out.

Return of Missing or Incorrect Products

If there are missing items in your order, please make a note of it before signing for the remaining items. On the other hand, if there is a wrong product in your order, do not accept it and indicate it in the delivery receipt.

International Return Procedure

For orders placed from abroad, you can return the products within 14 days from the delivery date if they meet our return conditions. Once the returned products reach our company, the refund process will be completed within 7 business days. All shipping and customs expenses related to international return shipments are the responsibility of the customers. If we are required to cover the shipping and customs expenses, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount. To avoid any customs and other tax expenses, we recommend writing "Return Product" on the box and informing the shipping company about it.

To initiate a return or exchange request, it is mandatory to include the invoice with the product.
